Peakinsight Sampler

This organizational coaching sampler will introduce participants to some of the tools used by Peakinsight, including the Kokoro Compass, Leadership Metabolics Inventory, and the 360 model for change agents. We will explore how coaches can use these tools to stimulate new conversations with their clients. We will investigate various possibilities for supporting the creative evolution of client organizations.

Each sampler will begin at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday and end at 1:00 p.m. after lunch on Sunday. All sessions will be held at The Ranch, located 10 miles north of Durango, Colorado. Lodging is available at nearby hotels and B&Bs.

Innovation Horizons Sampler

This coaching sampler will introduce participants to the concepts and tools covered in the certification program, including the 360 model for innovators, coaching handbook, and imaginary pipeline. Coaches who are certified in another 360 approach may use this sampler in lieu of attending an actual certification program.
