Founder and Chief ExecutiveOfficer of The Vandaveer Group, Inc., Dr. Vandaveer is a highlyexperienced global leadership and organization change consultant. Hermore than twenty-five years experience include thirteen years inprivate industry, eight years with Shell and five years withSouthwestern Bell immediately following AT&T divestiture, andfourteen years in national and international consulting.

Herexperience includes projects in Africa, Asia (Singapore, Hong Kong,Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka),Australia, Europe (France, Germany, Greece, Italy, U.K.), and theAmericas (Brazil, Canada, Mexico, USA).

Dr. Vandaveer has aPh.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and is a licensedpsychologist. She is a Fellow of the American Psychological Association(APA) and the Society for Industrial/Organizational Psychology (SIOP),and is an adjunct professor of psychology at Rice University and theUniversity of Houston.
