Henry Zinglersen

As the President & CEO of MindLab, Henry Zinglersen’s dedication is to the strategic alignment and successful collaboration between international business counterparts. Working with multinational corporations around the world, Henry supports members of international boards, members of executive teams in multinational corporations, and senior managers with international roles.

Henry’s primary focus is on international business coaching for senior executives engaged in increasingly international business activities; on multinational team facilitation for boards and executive teams with international members; and on consulting for international mergers, acquisitions,and joint-ventures with a focus on baseline reporting on key similarities and differences, key issues identification and resolution; alignment, collaboration and integration processes, etc.

Over the last 15 years, Henry has had the opportunity to work on projects with multinational organizations in 85+countries across all continents. He has managed teams in in Asia/Pacific,Middle East, Africa, Europe and the USA. His base is now in Copenhagen, Denmark. Originally from Denmark, Henry has previously lived in the USA, in Spain, the UK, and in Hong Kong. Henry’s work around the world as a consultant has been with numerous prominent multinational organizations. This includes Avon, Bechtel, Carlsberg,Cisco Systems, Danfoss, Dell, Ernst&Young, GAP, Godiva Chocolatier, GoldmanSachs, IBM, Lafarge, LEGO, Lenovo, Lundbeck, NOKIA, Novo Nordisk, Saint-Gobain,Saudi Aramco, SONY, Standard Chartered Bank, Starbucks, Wal-Mart, and many others.

Prior to founding MindLab International, Henry worked 10+ years at training and consulting firm Aperian Global in various positions including: Managing Director, Middle East & Africa; Managing Director, Asia/Pacific; Director of Consulting; and Training Manager. Henry initiated his international business career as an HR Consultant at Group Danone.

Henry holds a Master’s degree in International Human Resource Management and Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School, Denmark. This includes semesters at Cranfield School of Business, UK;EM Lyon, France; ESADE, Spain; and University of Wisconsin, USA.
