Tetsuo Ito

Tetsuo Ito is a business coach and also a human resources management consultant, contracted with Hu-Management Japan, one of the major outplacement firms in Japan. He specializes in management by objectives, leadership development and career planning.

He has senior HR management experiences at Compaq Computer, L’Oreal and Avon Products in Tokyo for 16 years and also various HR manager and staff functions for 20 years, including overseas assignments in Canada and Brazil at Nippon Light Metal Co., Ltd., the largest aluminum manufacturer in Japan.

He is a graduate of Tokyo University, has a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and also finished an international management program at CEI (now IMD).
