Sheila Goldgrab

Sheila Goldgrab is a seasoned Master Coach combining her expertise in executive growth and development with her focus on tangible results for senior-level executives and managers and their organizations. Twice recognized by the International Coach Federation for her coaching excellence, Sheila is a pioneer in the coaching field and an executive educator with over 13 years of experience specializing in leader impact, effectiveness and fulfillment. Her belief is that individuals and organizations have reservoirs of talent and potential that are often undiscovered, undeveloped, or under-utilized.

Passionate about igniting the extraordinary performance potential of leaders, Sheila works in many industries including financial services, telecommunications, health services, packaged goods and in the broader public sector. Some of her clients include the Royal Bank of Canada, Dell Computers, MARS, the YWCA and Johnson & Johnson. She also uses her expertise to coach top senior government executives such as Deputy Ministers.

Sheila has an M.Ed. degree in Adult Education with a focus on Organizational Development from the University of Toronto, Ontario Institute for Studies in Education. Her interests are in global adventure travel, analog and digital photography, canoeing, environmental sustainability, and personal branding.
