Rob Schmieder

Rob Schmieder is a management consultant located in the Pacific Northwest. His areas of expertise include individual assessment and coaching, multi-rater feedback, leadership training, and organizational development interventions. He has worked as a consultant both inside and outside organizations and has facilitated the development of talent management systems, managed organizational changes, and developed integrated human resource development programs. He is skilled in helping people at all levels of the organization develop their potential and in helping organizations create cultures that support individual initiative. Rob is passionate about assisting people in enhancing their performance and finding meaning in their work.

Prior to becoming an independent consultant, Rob was a senior consultant and regional director for Personnel Decisions International (PDI). After helping to launch and build the San Francisco office of PDI, Rob moved to Seattle to build the Pacific Northwest business.

Rob has worked with clients in software engineering, telecom, computers and IT, financial services,manufacturing, engineering and construction, power and energy, healthcare, and retail. He has also worked with clients in the public sector, including firefighters and police officers. Rob has also held internal organizational development positions at IBM and Getty Images.
