Michele Pitts

Michele Pitts is an experienced business professional and Advanced Executive Coach. She has over twenty years of high level marketing and business experience for top multinational FMCG companies. Michele’s coaching approach combines her business experience with her coaching training, utilising tools and techniques from both fields to create a unique coaching experience. Michele specialises in development coaching. Some of her assignments have included acting as a sounding board for business leaders to help them clarify thinking, as well as supporting executives to ‘stretch’ into new roles and helping develop growth strategies and career strategies. Her skill set is highly developed and she approaches everything with a huge zest for life which ensures that her coaching approach is dynamic, grounded, results oriented and flexible. She works with business executives across a wide spectrum of industries but specialises in working with executives in marketing, sales and associated professions, enabling them to be more effective, develop to their full potential, enhance their performance and achieve individual and business goals.

Michele has a BA(HONS) in German and Italian from University College Swansea, UK, a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing, a Postgraduate Diploma in Advanced Executive Coaching, is a member of the International Coaching Federation and the International Association of Coaches. She is also a member of the Australian Institute of Management and Australian Human Resources Institute. She is MBTI and LSI accredited.

Prior to her current position as an executive coach, she was the Director of Marketing Development at Allied Domecq Spirits and Wine (UK) and also, a Marketing Director.

Michele has a Postgraduate Certificate in Advanced Executive Coaching (ICF accredited) from the Academy of Executive Coaching, London; a Postgraduate CNAA Diploma in Marketing, Kingston Business School, Kingston-upon-Thames University; and a BA Honours in German with French and Italian, University College of Swansea. She is a member of the International Coaching Federation and the International Association of Coaches. She is also a member of the Australian Institute of Management and Australian Human Resources Institute. She is an accredited practitioner of MBTI and also, in the leadership tool, LSI (Lifestyle Inventory).
