Michele Pitts

Michele Pitts is an experienced business professional and Advanced Executive Coach. She has over 20 years of high level marketing and business experience for top multinational FMCG companies. Michele’s coaching approach combines her leadership experience with her coaching training, utilising tools and techniques from both fields to create a unique coaching experience. Michele is passionate about helping leaders and high potential executives to be more effective and specialises in development coaching for leaders.

Her skill set is highly developed and she approaches everything with a huge zest for life which ensures that her coaching approach is dynamic, grounded, results oriented and flexible. Her clients describe her coaching style as intuitive, flexible and people-centred, but also eminently practical and action/outcome focused. She works with business executives across a wide spectrum of industries but specialises in working with executives in marketing, sales and associated professions, enabling them to be more effective, develop to their full potential, enhance their performance and achieve individual and business goals.

Michele works with clients in Australia & the Asia-Pacific region. Her recent coaching assignments have included coaching through change for business leaders at Rio Tinto, leadership coaching for executives at Mars, Pepsico, Cadbury and Medibank Private as well as supporting executives to ‘stretch’ into new roles & honing leadership skills. Other recent clients include Energy Australia, AGL, 3 Australia, News Ltd, Sara Lee, Sudler & Hennessey Advertising, Jones Lang LaSalle and Ursa Communications.

Michele has a Postgraduate Certificate in Advanced Executive Coaching (ICF accredited) from the Academy of Executive Coaching, London; a Postgraduate CNAA Diploma in Marketing, Kingston Business School, Kingston-upon-Thames University; and a BA Honours in German with French and Italian, University College of Swansea. She is a member of the International Coaching Federation and the International Association of Coaches. She is also a member of the Australian Institute of Management and Australian Human Resources Institute. She is an accredited practitioner of MBTI and also, in the Human Synergistics leadership tool, LSI (Lifestyle Inventory).

Michele is originally from the UK & now lives in Sydney on the beautiful Northern Beaches. In her spare time, she loves to read, walk her dog on the beach, kayak & spend time with her husband & son.
