Marilyn Condon

Marilyn Condon is an organization consultant operating as an independent practitioner. She works with clients to help them be more effective in managing their business through the use of organizational assessment tools, process consultation, and team building. Marilyn custom designs and delivers leadership training and provides individualized coaching to managers and executives who are seeking to increase their leadership effectiveness.

In working with people who want to develop more effective leadership skills she focuses on strategy development, managing change, building interpersonal relationships, and improving communications. Marilyn helps clients address tough business challenges by getting them to see the situation from a different perspective, and then teaches them to use proven tools and strategies that work in the real-world.

Marilyn holds a Bachelor's Degree in American Studies and a Master's Degree in Training and Organization Development, both from the University of Minnesota. Her graduate research focused on leadership development. She has 20 years of corporate experience as an operations manager and as an internal consultant facilitating large-system culture change. She has consulted for 15 years in diverse industries including technology, financial services, health care, government and telecommunications. She is certified in group facilitation and community mediation.
