Margareta Neld is a management consultant and coach. She manages Neld International Consulting AB which offers:
  • Executive coaching for managers in multinational companies.
  • W.I.P.: Women In Progress Business Network
  • Organizational development

The W.I.P.: Women In Progress Business Network invites business women who are managers, project leaders and other key contributors who want a professional and personal development and who want to meet other business women who are in the same situation. W.I.P. offers both a network and a mentorship. The network consists of 10-12 people and meet 5 times/year. The content is decided by the network itself. The mentorship is carried out as an individual coaching programme, consisting of 10 hours and 5 occasions/year.

In connection with mergers and acquisitions especially in international affairs it is important to do an analysis of the values and cultures in the companies involved. With the intercultural communications experience and knowledge that Margareta Neld has, she supports companies in this process.

Prior to founding Neld International Consulting AB, Margareta was Managing Director of PDI (Personnel Decisions International) Scandinavia AB, a global Human Resources consulting company. In addition she has held various Human Resources positions in Swedish and multinational companies at S.W.I.F.T., M. lnlycke, Becton Dickinson and PA forum. Margareta has an M.A. in English, German and Business Administration. She has written Personnel Lexicons and Handbooks entitled 'Personal ENGELSKA,'Personal TYSKA,' and 'Personal FRANSKA.'

Coaching approach

A tailor-made plan is made up before the coaching starts with objective, time plan and content. The coaching programme is usually 10 hours split into 5 occasions.

Coaching toolkit

  • Manager Profile Report based on formal axiology, which studies how people think, how people value and compare different things, and how those thinking patterns represent and distort reality. After the report is fed back the manager receives 13 tailor-made eLessons on how to improve management skills.
  • 360 degree feedback instrument, where the manager gets feedback on how he/she is perceived by boss, colleagues and peers compared to own perception.
