Margareta Neld is an organizational consultant and coach. She manages Neld International Consulting AB which supports sustainable leadership by executive coaching for managers in multinational companies; Women In Progress: individual leadership programs for executive women; and Managing Cultural Differences: leadership training in an international environment.

Executive Coaching: The purpose of the coaching is to provide the manager with tools and methods in order for him/her to use his/her skills and experiences in the most efficient way. The coaching approach is based on what the manager needs along with his/her personal energy/motivation. The method is grounded in an assessment-based, behavioral change approach to coaching. This type of coaching is skill-based.

Women In Progress is Sweden’s professional network for women. The aim is to develop the public and private business world by strengthening women in their careers, and to develop their leadership and business skills. Women In Progress invites executive women to connect with a network of other professional business women, learning and sharing experiences by offering tailor made networks, development programs and coaching mentorship.

Managing Cultural Differences: In connection with mergers and acquisitions, especially in the international business environment, it is important to work proactively with the different cultures. With the intercultural communications experience and knowledge that Margareta Neld has, she supports managers and companies in this process. She offers workshops and lectures for management groups as well as individual coaching and advice for managers and spouses.

Prior to founding Neld International Consulting AB, Margareta was Managing Director of PDI (Personnel Decisions International) Scandinavia AB, a global Human Resources consulting company. In addition she has held various Human Resources positions in Swedish and multinational companies at S.W.I.F.T., Molnlycke, Becton Dickinson and PA forum. Margareta has an M.A. in English, German and Business Administration. She has written Personnel Lexicons and Handbooks entitled 'Personal ENGELSKA,' Personal TYSKA,' and 'Personal FRANSKA` as well as an inspirational book about professional boardwork for smaller companies called Berättelser från styrelserum.

As a side note, Margareta enjoys travelling and speaks 5 foreign languages. She is trained as a cantor and plays church organ and conducts choirs. She loves to go long distance skating in the Stockholm archipelago together with her family.
