Maite Baron
Maite Barón specializes in coaching, consulting and training facilitation. She works with organizations to align corporate mission and values, integrate cultures during mergers & acquisitions, building bridges within cultures with international assignments, virtual teams and relocation processes. She supports her clients in developing an influential and effective leadership approach to overcome the challenges the organization is facing. She designs leadership and values based programs to develop leaders to grow personally and professionally while maintaining a healthy work/life balance, understanding the systemic and sustainable relationships within themselves, their organisations and their teams. She coaches executives on creating strategies for self-management and developing emotional and spiritual intelligence in order to feel at ease in whatever situation they face, being able to take risks, being effective, and thinking outside the box. She uses a range of professional assessments, tools and approaches from different fields to support her clients as they need, from NLP, business psychology, Spiral Dynamics, ontological and systemic coaching, Disc Extended, Cultural Transformation Tools to well known business models. She is passionate about personal growth and achieving ecological and sustainable change that impacts the organization and their legacy.
Maite Barón worked in the fashion industry 15 years prior to establishing her own company. She dealt with a range of roles at the top end of this industry including customer service, designing, sourcing and manufacturing. During the last 10 years, Maite has transitioned her human development skills to work with clients in leadership development, coaching facilitation and as an international trainer. Maite has coached executives in a variety of industries, from retail, design and fashion to banking and law. Some corporate and private executive clients include: Reuters, Carat Media, Dior, Harrods, Sainsbury’s, Warner Bross, L’Oreal. Maite also designs and runs workshops internationally on global communication skills, leadership, relocation made easy, intercultural skills and awareness, emotional Intelligence, managing change, creativity, identity, and coaching. She cares passionately about helping people tap into their hidden potential in order to gain the success they deserve.

International experience
Maite has been living and working in London for the past 15 years, works regularly in Barcelona (city of birth), Paris (lived and work for nearly 4 years), India (worked on and off for 8 months) and Thailand (sort stays). Maite is fluent in Spanish, English, French and basic Italian.
Travel preferences
Based in London, UK. Frequent travel to Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Brussels. Open to travel and work in Asia-Pacific and other areas of Europe. Also South America if required.
