Gary Chen

Gary Chen is the President of East-West Management Consulting, Inc. He has over 16 years of experience as a consultant, trainer, and coach in Taiwan and China and has provided services to over 100 organizations and over 5,000 participants and clients in the area of human resources development, management development, leadership, and team building. Gary received western behavioral sciences training and understands both eastern and western cultures very well. This training along with the years of cross-cultural experience he has enables him to help Chinese business people adjust to working with western corporations and improve their performance.

Prior to founding his own consulting business, he was a consultant at Personnel Decisions International, Inc. and Assistant Professor at Fu-Ren University in the Psychology Department. He holds a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Colorado State University, U.S.A., and a B.S. in Psychology from National Taiwan University, Taiwan.
