Dan Petersen

Dan Petersen is a personal and professional development coach, living and working out of Sage Canyon Ranch in Cortez, Colorado. He is co-founder of Sage Canyon Project, a non-profit organization developed to promote the evolution of human consciousness. Dan is also the founder and director of the Edges Learning Community for personal and organizational coaches and has a private practice as a personal development coach.

Prior to being a coach, Dan was an orthodontist and holistic practitioner in a private practice for over 20 years in San Diego, California. In 1990, he left his private practice to teach holistic principles to health-care professionals, private clients and organizations.

Dan received his doctorate from USC Dental School and holds a master's degree from Washington University in St. Louis. He completed graduate work in holistic healing as a Holistic Health Practitioner with an emphasis in Mind/Body Psychology. Dan was certified as a Coach by the Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara, where he was also a faculty member of their Coaching Intensive Training and Seminar Programs.
