Andrew Kerr

Andrew Kerr specializes in change management at individual, group and organisational level. He has worked across Europe and the USA, both managing major consulting programs and consulting directly with clients. He has coached at Board level with FT 100 clients and at President level with major international businesses. He is qualified to use all the major psychometric instruments published in the UK, including the MBTI, 16PF and FIRO and is trained in Rogerian counselling, co-counselling and transactional analysis.

In his coaching work he focuses on identifying personal and organisational needs and ambitions, aligning the two through working closely with the executive to help develop latent skills and overcome barriers to success. Psychometric profiles, 360 feedback and interviews with a select number of colleagues form a baseline for the executive to work from and measure progress against.

In addition to his coaching work, he has designed and delivered many assessment and development centres and organisational change programs.

With two degrees in psychology, he is a Chartered Psychologist and an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society. Prior to establishing his own consultancy he was a Vice President with PDI and joint Managing Director of PDI-Europe.

In addition to his consulting work, he is non-executive Director of a UK engineering group.
